    DISC Personality Profile

    DISC is the four quadrant behavioral model based on the work of William Moulton Marston Ph.D. (1893–1947) to examine the behavior of individuals in their environment and within a specific situation. It therefore focuses on the styles and preferences of such behavior. 

    The system of dimensions of observable behavior has become known as the universal language of behavior. Research has found that characteristics of behavior can be grouped into these four major 'personality styles' and they tend to exhibit specific characteristics common to that particular style. All individuals possess all four, but what differs from one to another is the extent or intensity of each.

     You can use your DISC report to:

    Your DISC assessment measures your personality and behavioral style. DISC does not measure intelligence, aptitude, mental health or values. Your DISC results will describe human behavior in various situations, for example what causes you stress, how you influence others, your preferred pace and what is motivating and demotivating to you..

    The better you know yourself the more successful you can be at placing yourself in situations that utilize your strengths more fully, find what is most motivating and accomplish goals more easily. The better you can recognize the DISC dimensions of others, the more you can help them experience the same.
