For nearly 20 years I have provided clients with a realistic, objective view that comes from hard-earned experience. My well-rounded background has been developed through years of proven experience in manufacturing and production environments including oversea activities to establish and support plants in the Caribbean Basin, Central and South America. My organizational development consultation has allowed me to work in a variety of industries including; manufacturing, financial institutions, sales and customer service, heavy industry, and higher ed university environments, to list a few.

Interestingly, I’ve never met a manager that was intent on having unhappy and dissatisfied employees. Likewise, I have never worked with employees or team members whose desire was to be dissatisfied and unfulfilled at work. So, there is a common goal for both the employer and the employee; for work to be fulfilling, motivating, and even purposeful. It is this common goal that has become my area of work.

As a leadership and team advisor, I have helped numerous organizations, through speaker presentations, group training, and individual coaching, to meet the challenge of creating engaging and purposeful work environments. I have demonstrated the ability to maintain focus, provide clear direction, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
